For NDIS Providers

Could your website be making it harder for people to access your services?

Your website helps people find the support you offer. But some accessibility problems can make it harder for people with disabilities to find information or contact you.

Find problems that simple checks can miss

The four checks in our downloadable guide can help you spot common accessibility problems on your website, but other barriers can be harder to spot. That's why our accessibility assessments go beyond basic checks.

We test your website against recognised accessibility standards, identify barriers affecting people with disabilities, and provide clear recommendations for fixing them.

You'll receive a report explaining the problems, why they matter and what your web developer needs to do.

What does an assessment cost?

An accessibility assessment covering 5 pages for a simple website typically costs from $4500–$5500 + GST. This includes a findings report and practical recommendations your web developer can use.

We’ll confirm what your website needs and provide your fixed-price quote after reviewing your completed questionnaire.

What happens after my website is assessed?

You receive a detailed report explaining the accessibility problems we find, how they affect people using your website and which accessibility requirements they relate to.

Each problem includes clear, practical recommendations your web team can use to fix the problem. And don't worry if you don’t have a web team, we can also carry out the fixes for you.

Are fixes included in the assessment price?

The assessment covers checking your website and giving you a report explaining what needs fixing and how to fix it. You can pass this to your web team, or we can make the changes for you.

If you’d like us to handle the fixes, we’ll give you a separate quote once we know what’s involved.
